Google is pairing up two of its research products: NotebookLM and Gemini’s agentic AI tool Deep Research. On Thursday, the company announced that all users will have access to Deep Research in NotebookLM within a week.

Now, NotebookLM users will be able to direct a question to Deep Research and choose between two research styles: fast or deep. The fast research style will “rapidly” look for information, while the deep style will do “in-depth analysis to find high-quality sources,”…
