Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 3.3 billion dirhams. Yesterday, the department witnessed the registration of 559 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 1.85 billion dirhams, of which 59 pledged allegiance to lands amounting to 353.86 million dirhams, and 500 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas.
