Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department registered more than 3.9 billion dirhams.
The department witnessed the registration of 563 pledges of allegiance, worth 3.46 billion dirhams, of which 75 pledges of allegiance to land, worth 2.46 billion dirhams, and 488 pledges of allegiance to apartments.
