Today, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 2.6 billion dirhams.
The department stated in a statement that it witnessed 552 pledges of allegiance worth 1.96 billion dirhams, including 68 pledges of land, worth 933.34 million dirhams.
