Today, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 1.7 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 487 pledges of allegiance at a value of 1.33 billion dirhams, including 26 pledges of allegiance to land at a value of 160.65 million dirhams, and 461 pledges of allegiance to apartments…
