Dubai real estate transactions record 2.4 billion dirhams

Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 2.4 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 571 pledges of allegiance, worth 1.62 billion dirhams, including 34 pledges of allegiance to land, worth 458.18 million dirhams, and 537 allegiance to apartments.
